• Dr. Michael Miller (Acton Institute, Director of Poverty Cure)
• HE Dr. Gedeon Timothewos (Minister of Justice, Ethiopia)
• Dr. Desta Heliso (Founder and Executive Director, SOPHOS AFRICA).
There will also be voices from Africa and the West as respondents etc.
